Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation & Security

To create an account with bookmaker, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Each individual may operate only one account; any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You should not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact our Help Centre immediately.

For account verification, bookmaker may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. This information is collected as part of our security policy and is never shared with third parties.

The mobile number or email address provided at registration must remain active and accurate.
We recommend regularly updating your password and keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other person.
If suspicious activity is detected on an account, bookmaker may temporarily suspend it pending investigation.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Sharing, selling, or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
Attempting to gain advantages using a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to undermine the platform's security measures is strictly prohibited.
Using third-party software outside of approved games to influence outcomes is strictly prohibited.
If prohibited activity is proven, all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the bookmaker platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). A range of local payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Please familiarise yourself with the applicable limits and conditions before making any transaction.

Any disputes regarding transactions must be raised within 30 days.

Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability

Bookmaker strives to keep its platform's games, odds, interface, and service quality as accurate and up to date as possible. However, bookmaker is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party issues.

Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring fairness and transparency. In live Sports Betting, bets placed after odds have changed may be voided. Bets made based on odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.

Bookmaker reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate services at any time due to account inactivity, breach of terms, or any other reason. No financial compensation may be claimed against such decisions; however, any valid balance will be returned.

Services may be temporarily unavailable during platform maintenance.
Bookmaker reserves the right to change game rules and payout rates.
Bookmaker is not liable for any issues arising from a user's own internet connection.
Decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final, though an appeals process is available.

Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms

All content on the bookmaker platform — including logos, designs, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any of this content without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. bookmaker reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and will endeavour to notify users of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Reproducing or reverse-engineering any content on our platform is strictly prohibited.
Third-party game providers' own terms and conditions may apply.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable under Bangladesh law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Bengali version shall prevail.
